Returns & Exchanges

At Catastrophic Soap Works, every bar is handmade by highly trained studio cats with questionable attention spans. Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been run over by a delivery truck, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for used, opened, or tested products.

• We do not offer exchanges.

• We are not responsible for scent preferences, buyer's remorse, or disagreements between household members regarding what constitutes a "good smell."

• Minor variations in color, design, and appearance are normal and expected in handmade products.
